On Wednesday, May 18th and Wednesday, May 25th from 6pm-8pm the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts will host a two day spinning workshop.
Join skilled spinner and Museum Director Vivian C.R. James as she leads a hands-on workshop in the art of spinning wool into yarn. Participants will learn how to successfully use a drop spindle. Attendees will also create their own skein of yarn to take home.
This two-part workshop is open to those 13 and up and to all skill levels. Space is limited. Pre-registration required by May 13th. Call 973-377-2982 x14 to register. Admission is $25 for Members & $30 for non-members (includes both days and all materials).
