Kati & the Lil’ Swing Band to Perform for the Downtown Concert Series

The Museum of Early Trades & Crafts invites guests to the FREE Downtown Concert Series, presented by The Arts Council of the Morris Area, Star Ledger, Blue Ridge Mountain Sports, The Provident Bank, and Whole Foods, featuring the Jazz/Delta Blues/Swing band, Kati & the Lil’ Swing Band.

Kati and the Lil' Swing Band is made-up of four seasoned musicians. Vocalist and leader Kati Beddow Brower, hails from Matawan, NJ. She has been a vocalist since she was a young teen in Detroit and has recorded with a wide variety of metro area musicians. Guitar Stylist Bo Pezzullo, of Highland, NJ, has been playing the guitar since a teen. He has played with some of the greatest blues players of our time. Drummer John Fanizzo, from Point Pleasant, NJ, has been in a number of jazz groups, including the blues band The Incinerators. Bassist Ted Palumbo, of Carteret, has been playing bass since he was young and has numerous recording experiences.

Together they have created a band whose sounds are sure to get your toes a tapping and your fingers a snapping. Don’t miss this popular Downtown Concert Series band!

The Downtown Concert Series is a series of nine FREE Friday evening, family-friendly concerts, held every other Friday until September 30th, outside on the lawn of the Museum. Guests are encouraged to spend some time after the concerts in downtown Madison where they can explore the town’s many unique shops and restaurants.

Family Fun Day
ICE CREAM SOCIAL

1 pm to 3 pm

On Saturday, July 9th from 1 pm to 3 pm the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts will host its poplar Family Fun Day, Ice Cream Social.

Bring the family for an afternoon of yummy treats, hands-on activities and face painting. Attendees will have the opportunity to create their own ice cream sundae with delicious ice cream and toppings. Afterwords visitors can get their face painted and play a variety of games both inside and out on the lawn of the Museum.
